Practice Makes Awesome!
The youth conference was a success! Everyone in the Entrepreneurship institute presented their business presentation with enthusiasm, confidence and was knowledgeable about said business. As the day started, some people were nervous, but as the day progressed, the nervousness turned into confidence. During the week, the interns practiced hard on their business presentation and pitch. Interns gave their positive feedback and tips to improve on their business pitch. The interns went to black hospitality and learned about professional communication, such as: when talking to someone or selling a product or service, avoid letting your voice go monotone. This tip helped one of the interns on their business presentation. They all participated in community service projects such as, going to the local businesses and asking the business owners information about their establishment. And they also held an event to promote Moselle's Boutique.
